Yes. Given our regional delivery model, we may transfer your personal information among TEAM International group companies and our hubs in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina, as well as to relevant contractors supporting these locations.
If you reside outside the European Economic Area (EEA), your relationship will generally be with our U.S. headquarters. If you reside within the EEA, your relationship will be with the applicable TEAM International group entity handling EEA data.
For transfers of personal information from an EEA entity to a country outside the EEA that is not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission, we rely on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, and your consent where applicable. More information about cross-border transfers is available upon request — see the "Who are we?" section for contact details.
Do we sell your personal information?
We do not sell or share your personal information (name, email, phone, company, location, or any other information you provide) with any entities outside the TEAM International group of companies for any purpose, including marketing or promotion.
What rights do you have regarding your personal information?
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR and applicable local laws:
- Right to be informed — to obtain a copy of your personal information from us
- Rights of rectification and deletion — to correct or delete your personal information
- Right to restriction of processing — to limit how we process your personal information
- Right to data portability — to obtain your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller
- Right to object — to object to processing of your personal information where we don't need to process it for contractual or other legal purposes, or where it's used for direct marketing
- Right to withdraw consent — for processing activities such as sending news, special offers, or marketing communications about our services
These rights may be limited where we have legitimate grounds for processing that override your rights and freedoms — such as the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims — or if fulfilling your request would disclose another person's personal information, or require us to erase information we're legally required to retain.
To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection team (see "Who are we?"). Requests are normally processed within one month. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

This section applies to residents of US states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Utah. It supplements the rest of this Policy. Where this section conflicts with another part of this Policy, this section controls for residents of those states.

Opt-out requests do not require verification.

California residents may also request, once per 12-month period, information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under Cal. Civ. How long do we retain your personal information?
For marketing purposes, or where you've given consent, we process your personal information until you ask us to stop. After such a request, we retain a permanent record that you asked us to stop — this helps us honor your request going forward and is a requirement under GDPR Recital (82).
For contractual relationships (client, employee, or contractor), we retain your personal data until the end of contract performance and for a period afterward, as required by applicable law referenced in the contract.
You can exercise your rights as the data owner by emailing teamcx@teaminternational.com. Requests will be processed in light of current legal limitations and applicable data protection, civil, and commercial laws.

We will also post a notice of any change on our blog.
